Key changes/features –This Rice Village area home underwent a significant kitchen remodel, with a major emphasis on creating a more practical & modern space. Practically speaking, by removing 2 columns, we were able to build an eat-in island & by taking the upper cabinets to 10 ft, we added storage. Additionally, we removed traditional elements of the kitchen & ENTIRE 1st floor including trim/doors, lighting/plumbing fixtures & furnishings, replacing them with more modern touches, even adding an iconic Eames lounge chair!
