Mullins Remodel
- We added that window! And check out the oversized paver driveway!
- The floating wall creates a dramatic entrance while providing some privacy for the living space.
- Bi-parting 12 foot sliding doors allow for a seamless indoor/outdoor transition. We tied the oversized kitchen window in to open the whole back of the house to the backyard.
- A view from the inside.
- The study in the front of the house. We added that window to bring in some more natural light.
- We added this custom-built wall of storage in a secondary bedroom, not only to increase storage space, but also to hide a furr down that could not be moved.
- This bathroom didn't exist! We gave the secondary bedroom its own bathroom by taking 2 existing closets and converting them into a smaller closet and a bathroom.
- We took what was a sunroom, raised the roof, added some square footage, and made it into a tremendous kitchen with 9 foot ceilings!
- By incorporating the sunroom into the house, we eliminated French doors and made it one large space, allowing for a breakfast space with indoor/outdoor entertaining options!
- Best way to see what we added to the back of the house. We removed the roof to create 9' ceilings and extend the back of the house in 2 directions, expanding the living room and tripling the size of the kitchen. This allowed us to bring the utility room inside the house and create a tremendous space for entertaining.
- Another great way to see the impact of the sunroom remodel and the addition!
