Key changes/features –One of the more unique challenges that JLCG has taken on, this home had a small fire 6 months prior to purchasing it, during which time it sat empty with a partially open roof. Needless to say, aside from the overall poor condition from being left exposed to the elements, the home was dark and needed a major facelift. Along with updating ALL systems, we added a full bath, a Japanese-style wet room, 9’ ceilings, and upgraded all finishes throughout the home.
